Monday Made It & GIVEAWAY!

Happy Monday!! Another Monday Made It with Tara @ 4th Grade Frolics! I took a different route this time and didn't make anything crafty, BUT I tried to make some things in the form of documents! I'm really nervous to show y'all what I made... but you all are so nice so I don't think you'll criticize me too much!
