(This is the button Farley created!)
December's currently is up at Farley's blog, Oh Boy 4th Grade! You should join, too. They're a lot of fun & you get to meet a lot of new people and see what is CURRENTLY going on in their lives!
December is my favorite month. I love the decorations, the feelings it brings (kindness & joy), and the holidays, of course. Spending time with family and friends is an absolute must and I would not want it any other way. Beyond that, I think it's a great month for RAK events. Whether you're doing it because you feel like giving back or because you just thought someone might appreciate it, I think RAKs are really cool.
My RAK is to go out to eat and pay for another couple's meal, no matter what they ordered. I'd preferably like it to be an older couple, but a couple would be perfect for me. I think the fact that couples still go out and hang out and have a bite to eat is comforting and adorable and I just love it. Therefore, I'd love to pay for their meal.
What are you CURRENTLY doing?! Link up with Farley & let us know :)
On another note, I'll be back to blogging for REAL soon. Just trying to get things situated on the home front with our moving & everything :)
Have a good day, y'all.
I wish I had time for a hobby. What about photography or knitting ? I would love to learn how to create clip art and blog templates.
ReplyDeleteI have been saying for a couple of months that I need a hobby, or I should just give in and call teaching my job and my hobby! We definitely need to put up our tree today. Have a great day!

I like to say my hobby is creating school stuff! I have a TN store, and I'm always adding games and centers to it. It's so fun! :) I also knit...but very basic, I haven't ventured past scarfs yet! lol

I decided to comment on all the ones from our great state of AL. I love your blog! I suggest digital scrapbooking at mixbook.com or crocheting as a hobby. It is easy to learn to crochet, and there are plenty of "how-to" videos on youtube. I taught myself, and I have this one baby blanket pattern that I make for all new babies in my family/friends. It makes a great gift, and the pattern is so easy I don't even really have to think and I can do it while traveling or watching t.v. Give it a try!
ReplyDeleteHi there! Meeting you through the Currently and your tree is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI am definitely getting into the Christmas spirit more this week! Was having one of those "Bah, Hum-Bug" weeks last week! So nice meeting you and happy to be a new follower! Stop on by!
